We have several Sanitary Sewer Extension projects in Allen county. Please see below for a general description of each project and location.
- Sanitary Sewer System Extension – Allison –Boggs Avenue – Kinnerk-Winchester Road
The general scope of the project consists of the installation of 3,820 lineal feet of 8” gravity sanitary sewer, 1,780 lineal feet of 2" force main, 765 lineal feet of 1-1/2” force main, eight (8) grinder pump stations and complete site restoration to service existing single family homes along Alllison Avenue, Boggs Avenue, Winchester Road and Kinnerk Road.

- Sanitary Sewer System Extension – Cedar Canyons-Cedar Shores Addition
The general scope of the project consists of the installation 1,770 lineal feet of 15” gravity sanitary sewer, 730 lineal feet of 12" gravity sanitary sewer, 6,970 lineal feet of 8" gravity sanitary sewer, 12,610 lineal feet of 8” force main, 2,730 liner feet of 3" force main, 2,500 linear feet of 2" force main, 760 linear feet of 1-1/2" force main, twenty-six (26) grinder pump stations and complete site restoration to service existing development througout the Cedar Canyons & Cedar Shores Additions.

The general scope of the project consists of the installation of 910 lineal feet of 8” gravity sanitary sewer, 795 lineal feet of 2” force main, three (3) grinder pump stations and complete site restoration to service existing single family homes along Leo Road.|

The general scope of the project consists of the installation 4,085 lineal feet of 15” gravity sanitary sewer, 2,240 lineal feet of 8" gravity sanitary sewer, 775 lineal feet of 2” force main, six (6) grinder pump stations and complete site restoration to service existing development along Hugenard Road and within the Plantation Park Addition.

TOWN OF STAUNTON
STORM DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT
The Project will be constructed in one (1) contract division and is defined and outlined as

Storm Sewer System Improvements
The Project will be constructed in one (1) contract division and is defined and outlined as follows:
The general scope of this project consists of the installation of 12-inch, 15-inch, 21-inch, 24-inch and 30-inch storm sewers within the right-of-way of Clinton Street, Morgan Street, North Street, South Street, Tudor Road and Wayne Street within the Town of Stilesville. The project will also include associated manholes, inlets, earthwork and pavement replacement.

West Side Sewer to New School Project
The Project will be constructed in one (1) contract division and is defined and outlined as follows:
Construct a new sanitary sewer from the Lowell Wastewater Treatment Plant to the new Tri-Creek Middle School.
PRINCE'S LAKES
SANITARY COLLECTION AND TREATMENT SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS PROJECTS
Division A – Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements Project
This division shall include improvements to the wastewater treatment plant including a new bar screen and headworks building, improvements to the grit removal facilities, a new oxidation ditch, new secondary clarifiers, new ultra violet disinfection, converting existing secondary clarifiers to sludge holding tanks, new polymer feed and sludge dewatering facilities, lab building improvements, sludge removal from existing sludge lagoons, and all other ancillary electrical, piping, and equipment improvements required for a complete and operational treatment plant.
Division B – Sanitary Interceptor Manhole Rehabilitation Project
This division shall include rehabilitation of approximately 40 existing sanitary interceptor manholes and all other required work and material to complete the improvements.
Division C – Interceptor Improvements Project
This division shall include improvements to the existing sanitary interceptor including cured-in-place pipe lining and all other required work and material to complete the improvements.
Division D - Sanitary Interceptor Manhole Rehabilitation Project
This division shall include rehabilitation of approximately 96 existing sanitary manholes and all other required work and material to complete the improvements.
Division E – Sanitary Interceptor Improvements Project
This division shall include improvements to the existing sanitary sewers including cured-in-place pipe lining, pipe bursting and all other required work and material to complete the improvements.
Project shall include rehabilitation of approximately 5900 feet of 24”, 2600 foot of 18”, 3500 feet of 15”, 4,400 feet of 12”, 3700 feet of 10” and 6600 feet of 8”.
Division F – Sanitary Collection Improvements Project
This project shall include improvements to the existing sanitary collection system. Improvements shall generally include the construction of 8” and 18” new sanitary sewers with approximate length of 8,700 feet. The construction of new sanitary sewers includes new gravity sewer, new force main, one (1) grinder pump station, and a new septage receiving station.
**Please note that 'Div C - interceptor Improvements' has been delayed. This phase of work will be moved into January bidding along with the additional sewer rehabilitation work of approximately 20,00 feet of 8 thru 24 inch as outlined above in Div D, E, and F.

Water Works Improvements
Division "A" - Plant and Distribution System Improvements
This Contract Division includes, but is not limited to, the furnishing and installation of a new induced draft aluminum aerator at the Town’s existing water treatment plant, a new insertion type electromagnetic flow meter on the existing raw water supply line, and the removal and disposal of the plant’s existing aerator. The project also includes the repair of exterior concrete surfaces of the existing plant detention basin, three insertion valve installations within the existing water distribution system, surface restorations, and related work.
Division "B" - New Elevated Water Storage Tank
This Contract Division includes, but is not limited to, the fabrication and erection of a new steel elevated water storage tank of the multiple column design with a nominal capacity of 200,000 gallons. The work consists of the fabrication and construction of all tank related items, including elevated steel tank, concrete foundations, interior and exterior tank coating systems, and all associated sitework, piping, valves, fittings, connections to existing piping, electrical service requirements, and the dismantling and disposal of the Town’s existing 60,000 gallon elevated water storage tank.
