In addition to overseeing the day-to-day operations of Commonwealth Engineers, Mark has managed many projects throughout Indiana. Mark’s background and experience specializes in managing public water projects for cities and towns. These projects include water supply, treatment and distribution, wastewater treatment and collection, stormwater control and management, as well as downtown revitalization, street paving, and other infrastructure projects. His mix of management and technical skills brings together the expertise of Commonwealth’s personnel to better serve our customers.
