Al joined Commonwealth Engineers in 1997. Over the course of Al’s career at Commonwealth, he has served as Project Manager / Engineer on numerous water and wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) projects. Currently, Al serves as Commonwealth’s Wastewater Treatment Plant Design Team Leader. Al's responsibilities primarily include planning, design and construction engineering activities associated with Commonwealth’s WWTP and wastewater conveyance projects.
