Does Your Community Qualify for a CFF Grant?

The Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs (OCRA) has grants available to benefit Low-to-Moderate Income (LMI) persons living within eligible counties, cities and incorporated towns.   Income eligibility may be determined by census reports or by conducting an income survey.  The eligible census figure is 51%, but if an income survey is used, the LMI percentage must meet 55%.   Typically, these CFF grants are for up to $600,000 and used for water, sewer, and storm projects.
