In order to be eligible for Community Focus Fund grants for
various infrastructure projects from the Indiana Office of
Community and Rural Affairs (OCRA), a community must be fifty-one
percent (51%) low to moderate income. New income limits from
HUD were available June 1, 2011. The FY2011 income limits are
calculated using data from the American Community Survey.
Commonwealth Engineers Inc. has assisted hundreds of communities
across the State of Indiana to secure funding for their
infrastructure projects.
