Only a few weeks left for NPDES Wastewater Permit holders with
Industrial Pretreatment Programs to finish annual reports.
Regulation Requirements
Required by Indiana Administrative Code 327 IAC 5-16.5.5,
annual reports must be submitted to the IDEM Pretreatment
Coordinator by April 1. Reports must include:
- Updated list of industrial users
- Which industries must meet categorical pretreatment
standards
- Which standards apply to which industries
- Which industries are subject to local standards more stringent
than categorical pretreatment standards
- Status of industrial user compliance over the reporting
period
- Compliance and enforcement activities
- Changes to the pretreatment program not previously reported to
IDEM
- Any other relevant information requested by IDEM
